Wir haben für eine Nacht im Arsela Hotel nach unserer Orang-Utan-Tour übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind ok. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr nett gestaltet und man kann abends schön auf der Terasse sitzen. Für eine Nacht zu empfehlen.
Es un hotel muy cómodo las habitaciones son grandes y muy limpias la cama muy confortable y el precio exelente por las noches tienen para la cena música en vivo muy buena me encanto el lugar el desayuno es muy variado oriental sin embargo le complacen con omelette son muy amables.
We just stayed one night prior to our excursion in Tanjung Puting, but the hotel was relatively clean, service was good, and the food was good as well. One of our rooms had ants, but the front desk was quick to resolve the issue. The hallways did smell like smoke, but it is not unusual for Indonesia!
Stayed here overnight after a trip to see the Orangutans. Not much else around the hotel, but was clean and staff were great and assisted when my flight was changed. Attached restaurant was ok, especially liked the Pempek there.
Surprisingly in remote area we have very nice hotel. It is more than I expected. This hotel is the closest one form Iskandar Airport Pangkalan Bun. Next to the Kimia Farma and hospital. The building architecture is designed with local typical houses, Rumah Panjang. Two thumbs up!

Fuimos un grupo de amigos y nos alojamos antes de pasar 3 días en Tanjung Puting. La experiencia fue inmejorable, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Relación calidad-precio muy buena también y el staff muy agradable.
Hotel Arsela ini menurut ku oke, pelayanan ramah, kamar bersih, sarapan banyak macamnya. Kalau mau keliling Pangkalanbun naik motor bisa hubungin staff hotel, pasti dibantu.
A hotel with lovely ambience due to traditional style of architecture. Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine for the money (don’t compare with Bali). And agree that transport is expensive, but that’s not related to the hotel. I visited with a local and was able to ride on a motor scooter, so I enjoyed some sight seeing.
